Simply strike him with The Nail and if you want to play around with Zote the “Mighty”, you can just go ahead and use your Spells on him. Once Grey Prince Zote has been defeated 4 times or more, Bretta leaves over the Howling Cliffs and is not seen again. When this statue is Dream Nailed, it transfers the Knight to a dream where they can fight Grey Prince Zote. If you chose to kill the Nailsmith after getting the final upgrade, that would unlock the Purity achievement but lock you out of this achievement. Talk to him and he will thank you for not killing him, after which this achievement will unlock. Go inside and you will find the Nailsmith here as well. Ten times What happens if you don’t kill the Nailsmith? If you explore Deepnest, you’ll find the way to him. Zote can’t die in Deepnest, only in Greenpath.
