MWSE is an actual application (like Morrowind FPS Optimizer) that runs in the background and enables functionality you can only dream about in the basic game. The next generation of teleportation convenience is provided by a combination: Morrowind Script Extender (MWSE) plus the associated Improved Teleportation mod (find them both here).
